Rodger! An eccentric mollusk scholar, a fan of order and extraordinary knowledge. Believes that only the "worthy" can touch the "sacred doctors". He is the Owner and Keeper of the Library, appointed by Squilliam. He can be polite, but quickly loses his temper if the player violates "library etiquette".
